I totally know what you are talking about, during weeks where we get either too much rain or too much sun I get crinkled leaves and blossom drop (when the flower buds fall off).
I don't really have a secret to stopping it, I just know what I do to try to stop it, when it rains a ton I don't really have any options, but when its dry and the sun is shining all day I make sure to get out in the garden at around 8 am before the air gets really dry. I water everything thoroughly and make sure not to water any of the leaves. If I water the leaves and the sun comes out it basically scorches the leaves, or causes the curled and crinkled look.
I am in my senior year at the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University. I am going to graduate with a BA in Photography and a minor in Art History. Over the past six months my life has been altered by a single event that I had no control over but that has drastically changed the direction in which my life was going. Sewing projects, my pup, the garden, making books, and building boxes have all come as part of my new life.

You have a wonderful pepper plant. This one is locally called chilli.
I had planted few times but often faced problems like wrinkled leaves and flowerbuds falling off before they turn into peppers.
Do mind sharing your secret in getting them to bear friut?
Thanks.
